Officially approved for killing vermin such as rats and grey squirrels.
It is now illegal to trap stoats in Springer traps.
It is the law to use these traps in a tunnel which is suitable for minimising the chances of injuring or killing non-target species whilst not compromising the capture and killing of target species.Check traps at least twice daily.

Important Safety Note: The spring on this trap is very powerful. Under no circumstances allow body parts past the entrance of the tunnel once set.
ALWAYS USE THE SAFETY CATCH!
This is a very powerful trap and can easily break fingers.
Misuse can lead to serious injury.
Do not use on or near public areas.
Notify land users that traps are in use and clearly mark their location.
